No data for Publisher reporting

I currently have multiple campaigns running for two separate Publishers. There has been no problem in ad delivery, but I am unable to run Publisher reporting.

Both have been running for two and one month respectively, but requests for reporting result in a “The requested report could not be generated because no data was available.” error.

All other reporting works fine. :confused:

Any suggestions ?

    When you generate codes to give to your publishers with the code wizard, you must click the “Publisher” radio button on the left and then select both the publisher account and zone on the right.

    If you don’t do that, the statistics won’t be attributed to any publishers account so in order to correct this problem you need to generate new codes and send them out to your two publishers.

    Note that if you allow publishers to log in to the control panel and generate codes on their own this is a non-issue because any codes they generate are automatically linked to their account.

    Is there any way to remedy this for code already generated or do I need to recreate?

    All of the existing codes will contain several occurances of the following:

    &pid=0

    If you change 0 to the publisher’s account ID#, that is all you really need to do.
