Report Charts Problem

I am not longer able to view the handy Charts when viewing a report. I am assuming that this problem had begun with the recent release of a new version of Adverts.

When I generate a new report, I am prompted to install an Add-on titled “charts/” from an Unknown Publisher. I opt to install it. But it appears to not install. After a few moments the report is generated with a broken image in place of where the Report Graph would appear. This happens every time I generate a report.

I’m running Vista Business and IE 7.

    It sounds like there is something wrong with your Java runtime installation.

    You may want to go into Add/Remove programs and remove any installed Java Runtime Environment (JRE) that show up there before attempting to re-install it.

    To download and re-install it, go to http://www.java.com/ and click on the green “FREE JAVA DOWNLOAD” button. Then follow the steps to download and install it. If you then go to http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp afterwards it will verify if the installation was successful.
