We’re trying to make some data from our ad server and our web site statistics jive, and have a quick question:
When AdvertPro reports total views per day, does it tally EVERY ad in the system, meaning paid, unpaid and default ads?

All of your non-default campaigns will be tallied up in the normal reports. Depending on how you have them set up those could represent both paid and non-paid campaigns. For the figures on default campaigns you need to look at the inventory reports.

So, If I understand you correctly:
If we have only one default ad campaign, and the remainder are paid or house ads, I should run a report for the entire site AND an inventory report, total them together and that should be the total number of ads we delivered for a specific date range?
Yes, that is correct. Probably easiest to do with the Inventory > Daily and General > Daily reports. Those show daily grand totals for your whole site.
