A. For all qty-8 125×125 zones on one page:
After creating a non-targeted campaign, I then edited this campaign to add ‘Custom Targeting’ data for the ‘Equals’ operator for ‘Custom Field #1′.
I previously created a separate non-targeted campaign.
The objective of my test was to observe the correct media was delivered to the web page when:
* Targeted pages were loaded.
* Non-targeted pages were loaded.
The end result is correct.
It took about 5 to 10 minutes for the media for the targeted pages to start to be delivered.
Is this delay what you expect?
B. When entering text in the ‘Data’ field should it be URL encoded there, as a requirement or good practice, or it’s not necessary?
Any guidance much appreciated.
