Possibility to set campaigns on hold from the campaign list

It would be nice to have possibility to set campaigns on hold from within the campaign list. To day you can do this from edit zone => campaign view. But if you have a campaign assigned to several zones you got quite a big job to do.

    If you edit the campaign you can change its status to disabled and that will put it on hold in every zone it’s assigned to. There is no need to disable it in every zone one at a time. If you wanted to only put the campaign on hold in some zones, edit the campaign and then edit its zone assignments and you can disable them in one bulk operation there.
